Approval Services
Approval Services is a system that controls status and flow of invoices and other important virtual documents. The user can view, approve, reject or make comments on a document, but the system keeps track of each document and logs the processes.
As an example of the systems usability, we can mention a company with many offices in different places. In stead of mailing an invoice to a branch for approval it is possible to distribute the invoice electronically and in that way dispose the case instantly, instead of having to wait for many days for a response to finish the process. We can also mention that an underwriter can view documents, for example unauthorized invoices and give his reference on the Internet anywhere in the world, instead of having to come at the office to achieve that responsibility.
